Pay securely by card or PayPal. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored on our website.
How you can pay
At checkout you can pay by debit or credit card, or with PayPal. The options you see may vary slightly depending on your order and device.
We take payment when you place your order. Customers without a trade account need to pay in full before we despatch.
Security
Our checkout uses an encrypted (SSL) connection. Card payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and Worldpay, and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in your banking app or with a code. This is called 3D Secure, and it helps protect you from fraud.
Prices & VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Use the VAT switch in the top bar to show prices including or excluding VAT. The total you pay at checkout always includes VAT at the current UK rate.
Trade accounts
We offer trade accounts to businesses. Account customers can view and pay invoices online when they sign in. To apply, call 01525 374287 and choose option 3.
We don't take card payments over the phone or bank transfers for website orders.
