UK Delivery Information
Free standard delivery on orders over £20. UK delivery only via Royal Mail.
Large orders or heavy items will be sent via Parcelforce.
You can upgrade to Parcelforce 1-2 day service at checkout. Delivery charge calculated on your location.
We stock everything we sell, unlike other sellers. This means faster despatch, quicker delivery times, easy returns and less cancellations.
We currently only ship to UK addresses only.
When will I Receive my Order?
Free delivery is normally 2-3 days via Royal Mail. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for remote parts of the UK.
Some higher value items or orders may be upgraded to Parcelforce next day free of charge.
Upgraded delivery options are available at the checkout.
You will receive courier confirmation when your item is shipped confirming what delivery method has been used.
Tracking will be provided on most orders. Low value orders may be shipped using Royal Mail 48 and will not have tracking.

Restrictions
Restrictions will apply depending on your location. Any extra costs will be calculated at checkout.
Depending on the weight and size of the order and which courier is used, remote locations may incur extra delivery charges. These may include:

We currently only ship within the UK including Northern Ireland.
Next Day Delivery
We offer a Next Day Delivery upgrade at checkout.
Price will be calculated on the weight and size of the order and delivery location.
Next day delivery is available; however, orders for next day delivery must be placed by 2:00pm Monday to Thursday.
Any orders placed for next day delivery after this time will take 2 working days to be delivered.
Our Working days are Monday to Friday.
Courier delivery days via Parcelforce are Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail 24 is classed as a 1-2 day service.
We do not guarantee this as a next day service. If your order does not arrive within 2 days to UK mainland postcodes we will refund the upgrade delivery cost.
Royal Mail may attempt delivery at the weekend on occasion.
Please try and use a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery.
If no one is available, they may try and deliver to a neighbour. Please check with your neighbours if your item is stated as delivered.
Christmas Delivery
Orders over the Christmas period will not be shipped on any days classed as public holidays.
Your order will be shipped on the next working day that follows.
Please allow for delays over this period. If you require further information or if an order is urgent please contact us first and we will be pleased to advise. Contact Form
Bank Holidays
We are closed on bank holidays. Your order will be shipped on the next working day that follows.
Couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped we will email you any tracking information if provided by the courier. Please let us know if you have not received an email. Contact Form
If you provide a mobile number at checkout most couriers will text updates.
Site Delivery
We can deliver to your site address if entered at checkout. Please be aware that due to the volume of missing parcels that get delivered to sites, exceptions do apply.
If tracking states the parcel was delivered we will not warrant a missing parcel claim.
We highly recommend getting the parcel delivered to a family member or neighbour instead.
Receipt of your Order
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged" and then contact us on the day of delivery.
If any damage or shortages are not noticed until you open the delivery please contact us within 2 days. Contact Form

Our Workwear outlet shop that is open to everyone. We have many items on display is you would like to come down and browse in person.

*In stock Ready to ship - We stock 1000's of products and do not drop ship from our suppliers like other sellers. Unfortunately stock errors can happen occasionally and we will contact you immediately after the picking error is logged. We currently operate at 99.86% order success rate.

Please do not book any trades persons to complete a job involving goods ordered from ourselves, until all parts of your order have been received in good order. Toolmonkey cannot be held responsible for any standing time charges that you may incur due to damages, defects, faults or issues with goods in transit.
We do not garantee the next day service. If your order does not arrive within 2 days to UK mainland postcodes we will refund any upgraded delivery costs that where purchased on checkout. Delays from our delivery partners can happen from time to time. Weather conditions, broken down delivery vehicles etc. We do not offer consequential loss.
Split Shipments
On the rare occasion, a stocking error may occur and you have ordered more than one item customer services will contact you. You will have the option to cancel the out of stock item or choose to receive the items we do have and have the others to follow.
